You’ll be enchanted!

There’s nothing like good news, and first thing in the morning too.  When I opened up my email today I found a message from Andrew Thornton letting me know that I WON the Earth set of Green Girl Studios beads!  I really couldn’t believe it!!  Yipppeeeeeeeeeeee~!

You may have already heard the buzz, but if not, let me fill you in!   Cynthia Thornton of Green Girl Studios has authored her very first book, Enchanted Adornments: Creating Mixed-Media Jewelry with Metal, Clay, Wire, Resin & More.  Cynthia is well known in the jewelry design community for her incredible pewter beads, as well as her illustrations.  The illustrations are one aspect of this new book that I just can’t wait to see.  I know they will be amazing.  And with my  new-found love of mixed media design, this book is a must-have.  I’ve already pre-ordered it here.  Now the only problem is that I’ll have to wait until November when it’s released.
