Step by Step Wire April/May

Another issue of Step by Step Wire is available – have you seen it? A friend on Instagram let me know when she received her contributor copy – and I was in for a surprise when I saw the cover. I have a wire link necklace in this issue, and it’s rather special to me because it contains fun + whimsical lampwork beads by my long-time friend, Kerry Bogert. I just knew these beads I hoarded for a few years would go to an extra special project! Kerry has a tutorial in this issue as well…. Look for her half-chevron dangly earrings! You’ll be sure to find a great variety of wire projects – check it out and let me know what you think! 🙂

I am working on getting my studio set up. There are so many boxes to unpack! I really miss designing jewelry and would like to achieve this sooner than later. Hope we can get together soon. A bead show shopping trip should be in our future plans for sure! 😉 Congrats on the publication!

Your links look as though they don’t go completely around and it’s that little break in the symmetry that keeps the rest of the completely round elements from being boring. The cool silver against the warm glass colors is really a surprise as well. Great design decisions, as usual!
