It feels like I blinked and now its JUNE! Did you have a nice Memorial Day weekend? It was a scorcher here. Even though it was hot, hot, hot, we did spend an afternoon doing a little antiquing and enjoyed a few picnics. It sure feels like summer is officially here!
Have a great week! Now I’m off for a walk before it gets too hot! Oh, it’s not too late to say “Jack Rabbit” for good luck today too!

Looks like the boys had fun out on the water. It is hot here too, however I love it. The hotter the better for me. All the kids and myself went to the beach at 8:00 am what a beautiful start for the day. Of course as soon as I got there I built a small mountain and put my american flag on top. Then I built an anchor castle(tried to take pics with the phone but they didnt come out too good).The water was warm and the sand was hot covered with many people that had the same idea I did for spending the holiday.
We got home around 1:00 then relaxed, I steamed some shrimp, made a toss salad with feta cheese and sunflower seeds…YUM.
Hug the kids and my baby brother for me. Have a great week.
