Another summer weekend has come and gone.\u00a0 It’s been a fun week though.\u00a0 After we returned from the beach, we were able to spend some time with my brother who was in the DC area for a preventative medicine board conference.\u00a0 I’m posting some pictures here as an entry in my blog-as-journal-of-sorts category!<\/p>\n

Some of the highlights around here were taking my brother to our favorite pizza place\u00a0 – Generous George’s<\/a> (if you are one of those people who don’t eat the crust, you would probably love theirs..it is SO doughy!), celebrating his birthday early while he was home, and my son’s first football scrimmage.\u00a0 I’m proud of my little guy…he stuck it out even though he was bit afraid!<\/p>\n

This will be two of the boy’s last full week of summer vacation.\u00a0 I can’t believe I’m typing that…oh no!\u00a0 Summer just came and went in a flash. \ud83d\ude41\u00a0 Here are those pictures (and *sigh* this time none from the beach).<\/p>\n
