quick trip to the Shore"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello<\/p>\n<p>Did you have a soggy weekend wherever you are?\u00a0 Even though it called for rain, my Dad and I took the kids on a quick trip to the beach.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The trip<em> to <\/em>the beach wasn&#8217;t actually the quick part.\u00a0 If you&#8217;re familiar with the DC area, you know what traffic is like leaving town on a Friday during rush hour, magnified by rainy conditions.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But it was worth it to wake up on a Saturday morning far from home and so close to the ocean.\u00a0 The weekend started out full of puddles, but the sun peeked out by the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you&#8217;ve stopped by my blog since last summer, you&#8217;ll know I do go a bit crazy taking beach pictures&#8230;.I can&#8217;t resist.\u00a0 Here are my very first of the season&#8230;.nothing like getting started in <em>March<\/em>!\u00a0\u00a0 Now with the time change though, it really feels like Spring is just around the corner.\u00a0 Won&#8217;t be long til<em> I<\/em> can put on my sandals just like my son who you&#8217;ll see below! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
