Hello!\u00a0<\/p>\n

I know I have been absent here,\u00a0and for good cause.\u00a0\u00a0 I don’t know where the time has been flying<\/span> to these days, but it seems each day has been busier than the last!\u00a0 Our cup has been spilling over this spring season.\u00a0 When I was uploading pictures today, it was quite clear where my time has been going (and why I haven’t shown any new jewelry in ages!).<\/p>\n

Come if you will, and step in to my shoes (my son sure did).\u00a0 I’ll take you on a quick tour of what I’ve been up to lately!<\/p>\n

Hmmm…..let’s see.\u00a0 I run a taxi cab service, except the\u00a0cab is my van.\u00a0\u00a0 I remember when\u00a0 my older sons were toddlers, there was this mom of 3 boys who described how she drove the kids around nonstop and just barely made it to the McDonald’s drive-through in between places.\u00a0 Now I can understand what she was talking about!\u00a0 Between the boys, we have Boy Scouts – had a wonderful field trip to Great Falls Park over the weekend- swimming, tennis, chess club and lacrosse.<\/p>\n

In between it all there is HOMEWORK.\u00a0 Lots and lots of homework.<\/p>\n

But it’s a full life.\u00a0 I\u00a0 know I wouldn’t have it any other way.\u00a0 I am still mindful to “stop and smell the roses”, as I discussed in\u00a0a recent post.\u00a0 In fact, my oldest son and I stopped and picked the clovers <\/em>just the other day.\u00a0 \u00a0Would you believe we found 18<\/em> four leaf clovers!\u00a0 We also found 3 five<\/em> leaf clovers (who ever head of that…and what does that mean?) I got the message loud and clear:\u00a0 I may be \u00a0kinda crazy and busy, but\u00a0I’m also very\u00a0lucky<\/span>!<\/p>\n

My blog title states that life my life is a zoo<\/strong>…. and today I really got to go to one.\u00a0 I was a chaperone on a field trip <\/a>with my Kindergartener and we enjoyed the sun, some amazing animals, and lots of laughs.\u00a0 It’s amazing what a Kindergartener will laugh about – oh if we could only be that carefree!\u00a0 Take a look at some of the animals we saw today…they seem to have the carefee part down.<\/p>\n
