Welcome first visitors of 2011!\u00a0 So happy to see you’re stopping by after my long break!<\/p>\n

If I could think of the dream<\/strong> way to start the year, it would be going on the road to a place I’ve never been.\u00a0 We did just that when my parents took our 3 older boys on a ski trip…..and left us down to one little guy and a dog.\u00a0 Sure made life seem so easy!\u00a0 So my husband and I left late Friday night and headed to where we knew antiquing is always<\/em> good:\u00a0 PA!\u00a0\u00a0 We found a gold-mine of an antique mall that is housed in an old bakery (talk about charm), the Antique Marketplace of Lemoyne<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We came home with many treasures – one of my favorites was an old robin’s egg blue powder case which doubled as a music box, made in Switzerland (should show a picture of that one). \u00a0 With just one little guy in tow, we were able to antique through several towns in record time and made it home by 8 p.m. the next day!<\/p>\n
