I have an extra special friendship with a particular<\/em> color scheme.\u00a0 The monochromatic scheme<\/strong> and I are on very good terms.\u00a0\u00a0\ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Generally considered\u00a0 visually pleasing, the monochromatic color scheme involves using various tones and shades of\u00a0 a single base color.\u00a0\u00a0 If I had to chose a single color that I prefer to work with the most, it would have to be blue\u00a0(<\/em>what, you’re not surprised?). \u00a0\u00a0 The color of the sea and sky, who can resist a color that imparts such a sense of serenity.\u00a0\u00a0 Read here<\/a> to see what your favorite color might say about you.\u00a0I find that when using a single color, adding a good mix of textures and shapes can take a piece from ho-hum to incredible.\u00a0 Adding art beads<\/strong> most certainly adds to the wow factor.<\/p>\n

Lengths of beautiful brass chain were wire-wrapped to an assortment of beads to create this ode to Spring.\u00a0 The art beads included are ceramic beads by Nan Emmet<\/a>, a large-hole lampwork ring by Sue Kennedy<\/a>, an enameled bead by Barbara Lewis<\/a>, and a sweet polymer clay bird by Heather Powers<\/a>.\u00a0 I added a wire nest link to complete the Spring theme.\u00a0 I love creating long necklaces, and this one is a versatile 36″ in length.<\/p>\n
