Thanks for dropping by! \u00a0I know it’s been a week since you heard from me last, but life at the beach means time away from the computer (not to mention terribly slow Internet connections…grr!). \u00a0I’ve missed visiting your blogs and hope to get back in the circuit as time allows. \u00a0Today I have something special to share with you – I planned ahead and took pictures before we left home.<\/p>\n

Would you like to see my favorite<\/em> corner of my studio? \u00a0Hanging on the wall you’ll see my brand new inspiration board<\/strong>. \u00a0Do you have one too? \u00a0Many use inspiration boards (or mood boards) \u00a0to hang inspiring cut-outs, photos, postcards, correspondence, anything with personal meaning. \u00a0These items can be removed or added as your mood changes. \u00a0My board contains items that I hold dear – thoughtful gifts from friends, nostalgic keepsakes, vintage jewelry and colors that I love.<\/p>\n

A turn-of-the-century photo of an elegant lady. \u00a0I’d love to know why she is dressed up so – is it her wedding day? \u00a0 This one really grabs me.<\/p>\n
