Some of you might be stopping by and thinking, is she EVER going to post something new?? On Sunday we went to Baltimore again, and this time for an awards ceremony for my oldest son. The boys got spiffed up in their suits and we enjoyed a wonderful morning on the campus of Johns Hopkins. Sure brought back memories from my college days. Back in the day, I received a minor in German here and it is my brother’s Alma Mater.

Afterward we drove right up the street to my Alma mater and took the kids on a little tour of the College of Notre Dame. I missed this place. We stopped by the faculty mailboxes to see who was still there. I only found 1 out of 5 of my psychology professors names. I left her a little surprise note!

We drove to the Towson area afterward for lunch, and would you believe I saw a childhood friend crossing the street! We had to pull over… I cannot believe what a small world it can be…even in a place as big as Baltimore! 🙂 Oh, I also made a point to stop in to the nearest grocery store and pick up some of those yummy Berger cookies….I was in luck and they had them!! I mentioned them back here….and one of my blog friends will be receiving a package of them in the mail! 🙂
