Have you seen the 2013 edition of Easy Wire? I certainly look forward to jewelry publications dedicated to wire jewelry, especially one that only comes out once a year. Interweave’s Easy Wire 2013 is a hefty one – complete with 70 projects. This is my 5th year contributing to this publication, and I hope some of my pieces will inspire you. I was definitely excited to see this new crop of jewelry – all focusing on the many ways to use wire in jewelry designs.
Here are my jewelry pieces that are featured in the 2013 issue – I used a full range of wire: silver, gunmetal and brass + bronze. I’d like to share with you my favorite component in each design.
I was crazy about this wide, patterned chain the minute I saw it at Star’s Beads.
Here’s a favorite purchase I made at artBLISS last fall – a simple and sweet ceramic pendant by Jenny Davies-Reazor.
The bronze cones in this bracelet pull together a couple strands of Lapis Lazuli.
Thanks for stopping by my corner of the world today, and for sharing a few wire jewelry moments with me!

Cindy… Your pieces never cease to inspire. These are just so so beautiful!! Well done lady.
All gorgeous, as usual Cindy! Love the pale blues!
Really beautiful combinations of wire work and gemstones! Congrats on being published in Easy Wire for the past five years!
Cindy,
I may have to go look for that publication. I love the wide chain in the first photo! I saw that somewhere recently and made a mental note to get some. It’s nice to see it in a finished piece. The lapis piece looks really rich!
Nicely done!

Gosh your styles so Elegant!
They look like they’ve been hoisted out of Tiffanys! oxx
Your pieces are always so awe inspiring and breathtaking! I especially enjoy that last lapis lazuli bracelet ^.^ When I first started making jewelry, it was strictly stringing. Now I’m getting more into wire and wire working and I’m in LOVE with the medium!
Gorgeous work, Cindy. As always. I really love what you do, girl!! I, too, love that wide chain and hadn’t seen it before. Cool!
Thanks for sharing what you love about your pieces, Cindy. Congratulations!
The lapis bracelet is especially lovely with the brass metal…reminds me of some museum pieces from past civilizations. Gorgeous work.
Beautiful ~ all! I especially love the lapis and bronze and those bead caps. Reminds me that I have lapis and bronze somewhere in my stash.
Congrats on your 5th year. I’ll have to look for this issue.
And, of course, incredible photography….
love all the wire in these pieces and that wide chain is to die for! that is absolutely fabulous!
I love the variety in the colors you used in the three different pieces. You chose some really special pieces for each of them. Those cones are amazing in the lapis bracelet. Congratulations and as always beautifully photographed! : )
Absolutely beautiful!!!
Oh Cindy, You just keep getting better and better. I too, love the chain you used from Star’s Beads.
I can’t wait to get my hands on the new ‘Easy Wire’. Me, the magazine and maybe a glass of wine will share some special time together.

These designs are gorgeous!
Beautiful! I especially like the subtle glowing colors on the 2nd piece!
I love that bookchain too– nice to see they are making it again, it was just too hard to find vintage stock. And I LOVE that lapis bracelet. Again– stellar work from you. Gotta go get the magazine.
The colors and the textures and the designs are just gorgeous…well done, and I will also go see if i can find this issue!!!
Each are stunning, but that chain is to die for!! The texture is amazing.
Great job Cindy. The first one is my favorite. Love the chain and the color.
