Jack Rabbit… just something silly I’ve been saying with my siblings since…who knows, maybe my early teens. I have no idea where it originated now, but it’s something you say on the 1st day of the month for Good Luck (and even better, make it the FIRST thing you say!). I had a lady that emailed me last year because she Googled the origins of “Jack Rabbit” (as her Mother had them say it)and she came across my blog mentioning the same tradition!
Would Jackalope work? Haha! Okay, Jackrabbit it is and a good month for all!
