With just a little over a week away, every spare moment in my life seems to be focused on the much anticipated ArtBLISS Inaugural Event!
Before I go any further though, for those of you who CANNOT make this event, we have more good things to come! Jeanette and I are already planning next year’s big retreat and if you can’t wait til then, we have a few fantastic late winter/early spring workshops penciled in too! We hope to bring a little something for everyone to metropolitan DC area!
Our marvelous instructors have been hard at work, preparing for their classes. Deryn Mentock recently shared a few beautiful class project pictures over on her blog. I’ll be working with metal and vintage tintypes in Deryn’s Crowned Gems class myself! And stop over to Kerry Bogert’s blog today….you’ll be in for a visual treat! Kerry shares a peek at the INCREDIBLE limited edition beads she has created just for the ArtBLISS event. Her students will be happy to find these fabulous beads are a part of her Bang-a-rang class kits! And lucky for us, she’s bringing extra sets to sell at the Meet and Greet reception! Hey Kerry, hold a set for me!!

Thank you for stopping by and saying Hi!

Oh my Miss Cindy…I am sooooooo excited for you & Jeanette!!! It really is almost here, I can’t believe it. Back in May when I was working on your badge it seemed like a long way away & here we are with it just days away…amazing!
You must be a little overwhelmed with getting everything ready, I know I would…in fact I’d be stressing like crazy & with 3 little boys to still get off to school everyday, you are amazing! {plus you make the most phenomonal jewelry in your free time…you are my idol}
Friend the greatest success to you both & remember to live in the moment & truly enjoy your wonderful event.
Big hugs to you both,
Susie

Hoping this event will be all you and Jeanette have dreamed of – and more! I really don’t know how you even find the time to blog – you must have so many details to attend to. I wish you much success for this event (but seriously, I know it will be a success) and don’t forget to have fun. So wish I could join you.

Hello Cindy,
I am thrilled to hear that you have more workshops scheduled for late winter – early spring. I won’t be able to attend your inaugural event on Sept. 24th, because I am having my first house and studio guests on the same weekend. As soon as I see your schedule for the future events they will be added to my calendar and nothing will keep me away! Even if I have to leap tall buildings in a single bound, err leap tall mountains. I know that everyone who attends will be thrilled with the workshops and the friendship. They will all come away with remarkable and wonderful skills and memories.
I am hoping that you will come visit me here – perhaps after the snow season :^)
Love, Linda
Wow, already planning the next big event! Super excited about next weekend. I hope things go smoothly for you and Jeanette and all the instructors. See you soon!
